THE STONE OF BRAC

Washington's White House, Vienna’s Parliament and New Palace, and Budapest’s Parliament are just some of the monumental buildings made from stone quarried on the Croatian island of Brac. Brac is an island of sun and stone and sits atop layers of spectacular white marble. Sandra Kalogjera and Sanja Ivkovic from Craotain Radio’s Voice of Croatia channel prepared a story about that natural phenomenon.
